For security reasons, you must register for the patient portal yourself; we cannot do it for you over the phone.
Once you register for the portal, please check your account for messages from us, as we will send any non-urgent messages to you online. It is especially important to sign in prior to and following office visits so that you do not miss important information. If you ever decide you would rather not use the portal anymore, please let us know and we will deactivate your account.
If you encounter any technical problems with the portal, please choose the appropriate help topic below. Our staff can only provide limited technical support. If our staff cannot help you on the phone, they will report the problem and let you know when it is solved.
