Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We close for lunch daily from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of East Valley Primary Care Physicians and they will contact us.
After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call East Valley Primary Care Physicians at (480) 820-1133. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Please use discretion when calling after hours as this is for urgent medical needs only. Routine prescription refills will not be done after hours.
Insurance & Payments
East Valley Primary Care Physicians participates with most major insurance plans and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid or AHCCCS plans. If you have medical insurance, please provide that information to our staff when you check in for your appointment. We will be happy to file claims with your insurance company on your behalf.
If we file your claim, you are responsible for the co-pay/deductible/co-insurance at the time of visit. We accept, cash, debit card and credit cards. We do not accept Personal checks. If we are not a participating provider for your insurance or if you are not insured, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
