Nabil N. Khouri, M.D.

Family Practice

Dr. Nabil Khouri, 58 of Tempe, passed away on November 14, 2012. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1980 and completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center (now Regions Hospital) in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1983 and a Fellowship in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson in 1984. Dr. Khouri is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Khouri was in private practice in Tucson until 1996 after which he relocated to Phoenix and is one of the original members of the present group of East Valley Primary Care Physicians, PLC in 1998 and retired in 2011.
